They are suitable for transporting water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a maximum temperature of 105°C. The pump’s disassembled design is based on patented technology, allowing for quick maintenance and replacement of mechanical seals without removing the motor or rotor, significantly reducing downtime and repair costs.
The pump utilizes CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to optimize the flow passage design, improving hydraulic efficiency and overall performance. It features high-efficiency and energy-saving characteristics, making it ideal for long-term use in demanding environments.
The bearing system includes sealed bearings for shaft ends (Y280 and below, including Y180 blade end bearings), which are maintenance-free during normal operation. The mechanical seal uses a rubber bellows structure, enhancing sealing performance by replacing traditional O-ring seals with dual rubber seals.
With a vertical pipe structure, the pump’s inlet and outlet can be installed in any position and direction, making installation and maintenance extremely convenient. This design also simplifies pipeline integration and reduces the need for complex support structures.
Working conditions include a flow range of 6.3 to 1200 m³/h, a head range of 12.5 to 80 meters, and a maximum system pressure of 1.6 MPa. The operating temperature range for the medium is from -15°C to +105°C, while the ambient temperature should not exceed +40°C. These pumps are well-suited for a wide range of industrial and construction applications, offering durability, efficiency, and ease of use.
