The cutting principle of the CNC flame cutting machine is the same as the ordinary "gas cutting" - the principle of hand-held cutting: the oxygen cutting flame is used to burn the cutting part of the steel piece to be cut to red heat, and then blown into the high pressure pure The flow of oxygen causes the cut portion to burn intensely in oxygen, melt into a liquid, and is flushed away by the gas stream for cutting purposes.

The "cutting gun" is the main tool used in gas cutting. The difference between the "cutting gun" and the "welding gun" is that there is one more pure oxygen flow injection tube and one more section door. The rest of the construction principle is similar to that of the welding gun.

How to use the "cutting gun": first unscrew the acetylene gas switch, and slightly unscrew some oxygen switches. After ignition, adjust the supply of oxygen to make the oxyacetylene flame become a neutral flame (ie, the amount of acetylene and oxygen is appropriate). When cutting, first use this oxy-acetylene flame to burn a red hot point at a certain point to be cut, and then unscrew the high-pressure pure oxygen flow switch, so that the metal is violently burned into a liquid in the oxygen flow, washed away, and then the torch is taken along Prepare the cutting line to move and cut the metal off.

When cutting, there are requirements for the angle of inclination of the cutting torch, cutting speed and oxygen pressure.

The inclination of the torch is mainly related to the thickness of the workpiece. When cutting a steel plate of 5 to 20 mm thick, the torch is perpendicular to the workpiece and does not have to be tilted. The cutting gun is placed straight, the better the cutting quality, and the smaller the kerf. When the workpiece is to be cut to a thickness of less than 5 mm, it can be tilted forward to cut. If the workpiece is cut to a thickness of more than 30 mm, the cutting gun should be tilted backwards to cut. After the cutting is completed, the cutting gun is moved, and the cutting gun is turned into a workpiece perpendicular to the workpiece, and when the cutting is fastened, Then tilt the torch slightly inward until it is cut.

The speed of the cutting speed depends on the thickness of the workpiece. The thinner the workpiece, the faster, and vice versa.

The amount of pressure supplied to the high pressure oxygen stream is also related to the thickness of the cut workpiece. If the oxygen supply is insufficient, it will not cut through; if the pressure is too large, it will cause wasted oxygen.

When the cutting is completed, first turn off the high pressure oxygen flow switch, then turn off the acetylene gas switch, and then blow off the oxygen switch after the oxyacetylene flame is blown out.
