1. The fuel used must be labeled and appropriate for the season. Pay attention to temperature. In summer, diesel fuel is generally used at 0°C, while in winter, light diesel oil is recommended for temperatures as low as -10°C. Ensure the fuel is clean and free from impurities and water.
2. Before operation, wipe off any anti-rust oil on the surface of the heat-conducting oil pump to ensure smooth functioning.
3. Clean the fuel injection pump chamber of the governor and inject anti-rust oil into the chamber. Add the specified lubricant to maintain proper operation.
4. Before using the crude oil pipeline, clear the fuel injection pump piping and rotate the camshaft oil pump outlet valve seat continuously until clean fuel is ejected. This prevents impurities from entering the pump. For newly installed pipelines, install a filter before the pump, with an effective area 2 to 3 times larger than the suction pipe section to ensure proper filtration and flow.
5. Long-term use of heat conduction oil pumps can lead to issues if the bearing chamber oil is not regularly changed. Poor lubrication at high speeds can cause damage and generate excessive thermal noise. To prevent this, regular cleaning and timely replacement of bearings and lubricants are essential during daily maintenance. Always check oil levels and replace them according to the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
