Additionally, the quality of the machined parts improves significantly. Research shows that whether it's finishing operations or general processes like drilling, reaming, expanding, or boring, using purified cutting fluid helps extend tool life and enhance part quality. Moreover, clean cutting fluid also prevents the growth of harmful microorganisms, contributing to a safer and more efficient machining environment.
