The CM351 Down-The-Hole (DTH) drilling rig is a fully pneumatic rock drilling machine that uses an air compressor to power the air motor, enabling it to perform various pre-set actions efficiently. This system is widely used in mining and construction for its durability and performance under tough conditions. The main damper opens, allowing compressed gas to pass through the oil mister, entering the control valve in an oil-mist state. The high-pressure gas directly enters the impactor control valve without decompression, while another path goes through the pressure reducing valve to lower the pressure before reaching the air control valve, which then drives the motor to rotate. When the travel damper is activated, the travel motor starts, and after two stages of deceleration, the entire machine can move forward, backward, and turn as required. This ensures precise control and mobility during drilling operations. By opening the hydraulic pump control valve, the oil pump motor starts, and the hydraulic valves operate to control each cylinder, enabling the tilting and swinging of the drill arm, as well as the movement of the carriage and the left and right tracks. To complete the impactor's functions such as impact, feed, rotation, and fast up/down movement, the impact damper is operated.
