The 29th International Famous Furniture Fair has proven to be a major event, drawing crowds and offering endless business opportunities. With an impressive scale of 260,000 square meters, the exhibition is buzzing with activity. According to the organizing committee, this year’s fair is expected to attract over 100,000 professional buyers from around the world. Hotel bookings in areas like Houjie are already fully booked, and even nearby towns such as Nancheng, Shatian, and Humen have seen early reservations.
This year's fair also introduced the concept of a green home for the first time. The organizers released the industry’s first global report on green home furnishing trends and hosted the “China Waterborne Paint Furniture Development President Forum,†aiming to promote the research, application, and development of eco-friendly furniture solutions.
Another highlight of the event was the significant increase in the number of participating brands. In addition to well-known companies like Huahui, Musi, and Taisheng from Dongguan, other notable domestic brands such as Zhongzhixin and Nanyang Hu also joined the exhibition. Data shows that more than 70% of leading home furnishing brands and over 20 international brands participated this year, making it one of the most diverse exhibitions to date.
Exhibitors were impressed by the high foot traffic and strong engagement at their pavilions. Many reported a noticeable increase in visitors compared to previous years, along with higher conversion rates and more successful deals being made.
