After the underground portion of the project or the basement roof's concrete has achieved the required design strength, and the area is backfilled with sand or soil, we can proceed with removing the H-shaped steel. For this project, we plan to use a 25-ton truck crane to initiate the removal process and equip it with a Dongyi hydraulic pile puller (model: PM300LS).
2. Construction Procedures:
Leveling the site → Installing the hydraulic pile puller → Positioning the crane → Pulling out the steel → Filling the voids.
3. Site Preparation:
A. Prior to removing the H-shaped steel, ensure the top ring beam is cleaned thoroughly to provide a flat and stable surface for the hydraulic pile puller.
B. Clear all debris from the working area, ensuring the crane’s lifting gear is properly secured to the 25-ton crane.
C. Based on the specifics of this project, collaborate effectively and allocate sufficient space for operations and movement.
4. Hydraulic Pile Puller Installation:
Position the hydraulic pile puller (model: PM300LS) evenly on the top ring beam. Use a crane to hoist the H-steel lifting frame on both sides of the steel beam that needs to be extracted.
5. Steel Extraction:
Activate the high-pressure oil pump, and simultaneously lift the two pile pullers upward, extracting the beam section.
6. Void Filling:
To prevent potential impacts on nearby residential and other structures due to gaps left after removing the H-shaped steel, it is essential to fill these voids with injected cement slurry post-extraction.
