Secondary oxidation

Secondary oxidation is the oxidation of elements (alloy elements) in steel in order to distinguish it from the deoxidation process of steelmaking. Refers to the oxidation of molten steel during the process of tapping, transportation, casting, etc. after the deoxidation process and the refining process. During the whole process from steelmaking to casting, the oxidation reaction between molten steel and air, refractory material, slag and mold flux is the secondary oxidation reaction of steel.

During the roasting process, after the reduction of ferric oxide to ferrous oxide by a reducing atmosphere, if the weak reducing atmosphere is not ensured, an oxidizing flame is formed, or the quenching effect is not good, and in these cases, the reduction will be oxidized. The converted, reduced ferrous oxide is reoxidized to become ferric oxide, which is secondary oxidation. Such as the ancient celadon without glazed and bare parts, showing reddish brown to dark brown, white porcelain or blue-white porcelain exposed part of the yellow-brown, this is the case.

The "Hong Xiannian System" section of the "Hong Xian Year System" is purely a fake. Yuan Shikai slandered the country and called the emperor. The standing number was "Hong Xian", but the porcelain he had burned had not yet been completed, and his imperial system was destroyed. It is widely spread, and it is an artifact of the "Hongxian Year System", "Hong Xian Yu System" or "Ju Ren Tang" model. In fact, there are very few porcelains in the real "Ju Ren Tang", and the artifacts of the "Hong Xian Year System" and "Hong Xian Royal System" are even more illusory.
