Shaoxing Printing and Dyeing Enterprise Completes "Coal to Gas Change"

It is understood that, like Shaoxing Dingji Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yichuang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. also takes the lead in the city in terms of “coal to gas”. All of the company's setting machines have used natural gas. The inspection shows that the emission of exhaust particulates per cubic meter of the company is far below the relevant standards for environmental protection.

The person in charge of the Shaoxing City Environmental Protection Bureau stated that since 2012, Shaoxing City has accelerated the “coal-to-gas conversion” project of the printing and dyeing industry. By the end of November 2013, 109 enterprises had completed reconstruction in the city.

For “coal to gas”, Shaoxing City has clear policy support. In terms of equipment, the amount of subsidy will be determined according to the transformation time. If the transformation is completed at the end of 2012, each setting machine subsidizes 120,000 yuan; before the end of June 2013, For the complete reconstruction, each stereotype machine subsidizes 80,000 yuan. By the end of 2013, all the reconstructions will be completed. Each set-up machine will be subsidized by 40,000 yuan. If the transformation is completed after 2014, it will be determined according to the fund balance, but the amount of subsidies will not exceed 40,000 yuan.

In addition, there are current preferential prices for natural gas. Those enterprises that have been included in the "coal-to-gas" plan for printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing City, signed the target responsibility statement, and completed the reconstruction task on schedule, will enjoy a discount of 20% for natural gas prices until June 30, 2015.
