First, the conditions for entering the incubator enterprise

1. Enterprises founded by university graduates, graduate students and doctoral students with high-tech projects;

2. Enterprises established by returning students to study abroad;

3. Enterprises established by young entrepreneurs with intellectual property rights in research institutes;

4. Enterprises with high scientific and technological content with research and development projects and good market prospects;

5. An intermediary agency with complete functions and powerful functions;

6. The resident enterprise must have a registered capital of more than 100,000 yuan.

Second, the service content provided by the incubator for the resident enterprises

Third, the preferential policies enjoyed by the incubating enterprises
1. The incubator will return 30% of the tax-retaining part of the hatchery enterprise as the entrepreneurial support fund to the hatchery enterprise;

2. Enterprises that have not applied for high-tech enterprises and those that have not identified high-tech products may apply for declaration after application and are subject to examination and approval by relevant departments;

3. After the project of research and development, investigation and approval, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will give priority to the project, and the support of the three funds for science and technology will be given priority;

4. The incubating enterprise may give priority to the guarantee support of the SME guarantee fund;

5. The incubating enterprise can give priority to the support of the SME Innovation Fund;

6. The incubation period of the incubation enterprise is generally three to five years.

Fourth, the company's procedures for joining the incubator

1. The enterprise must fill out the “Application Form for Enterprise Incubation”;

2. To submit the application materials, you need to provide the company's valid documents: business license, production license, tax registration certificate, copy of capital verification report and other materials;

3. The incubator staff shall conduct project evaluation and enterprise development prospect assessment according to the materials provided by the enterprise, and the director of the center may approve the addition of the incubator;

4. Approving the enterprise to join the incubator, both parties must sign the “Enterprise Incubation Agreement” and operate according to the relevant regulations of the incubator agreement.
