General considerations for the shank


First, when selecting a product

1. Check the size and shape of the spindle hole and the shank.

2. Select a cutting tool that is the right size and shape and that matches the holder.

3. Select the appropriate cutting conditions.

Second, when handling products

1. When transporting the product and removing the product from the box, take care to avoid the product popping or falling.

2. Care must be taken when handling multiple packaged products or handling heavy duty shanks.

3. Do not attempt to modify or disassemble the handle.

4. Note that the shank parts and the holder should not be scratched, scratched, or have debris or rust.

5. Do not touch the part that touches the thread.

Third, when installing cutting tools

1. Wear protective equipment when installing cutting tools in the holder.

2. When installing the cutting tool in the holder, make sure it is absolutely fixed.  

Fourth, when installing to the machine

1. When installing the shank, make sure that there is no dust on the mechanical spindle hole, the shank or the holder. Scratches, or rust.

2. Regularly check the degree of partial grip accuracy.

3. Pull the nails as consumables and replace them regularly.

Fifth, processing time

1. Do not touch the handle when rotating.

2. Do not operate the machine when the cutting tool is not installed in the holder.

3. Be careful not to rotate in the reverse direction.

4. Wear protective gloves and goggles when processing.

5. When setting up high pressure coolant processing applications, the hand or body should not be near the tip of the cutting tool.
