From June 6th to June 10th, four experts from American Metso Mining Machinery Company conducted inspection and adjustment of 15 key parameters of 9 control loops of the calcining rotary kiln system in the carbon plant. This is the first time since the commissioning in 2005 that the rotary kiln control system has been fully optimized. The quality inspection and control center and the calcining plant of the carbon plant extracted special personnel to fully cooperate with this work. After 5 days of debugging and running-in, the control system of the rotary kiln is more stable and the production is more stable, achieving the desired results.
