In accordance with the Notice of the Office of the Silver Insurance Regulatory Commission of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Implementation of the Pilot Work on the First Batch of Applied Insurance Compensation Mechanism for Key New Materials in 2018 (The Letter of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (2018) No. 423), for the organization For the first batch of national key new materials in 2018, the insurance compensation fund application work will be applied. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Production of new material products in the “Guidelines for the First Batch Application of Key New Materials (2017 Edition)†(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2017] No. 168), and insured from December 1, 2017 to December 25, 2018. The first batch of key new materials will be applied to comprehensive insurance, or the new material products in the “Guidelines for the First Batch Application of Key New Materials (2018 Edition)†(the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2018] No. 262) will be produced, and will be on December 26, 2018. Enterprises that apply for comprehensive insurance in the first batch of key new materials before January 25, 2019, meet the relevant requirements of the first batch, and may apply for premium subsidies.
2. In the case of projects that have received insurance subsidy funds in 2017, in principle, no application for renewal insurance premiums may be submitted. The materials used in the first set of equipment used to enjoy the insurance compensation policy are not covered by this policy.
3. The eligible enterprises shall submit the application materials for the premium subsidy to the industrial and informatization authorities of the provinces directly under the jurisdiction of the provinces and municipalities (see Annex 1 for specific requirements). After the preliminary examination of the application materials by the municipal and municipal directly-administered counties (cities) industries and information administration departments, please submit the application materials for the premium subsidy and the application materials in the region before January 25, 2019 (paper version IV) Copies, with an electronic version, are submitted to the Raw Materials Industry Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
4. The competent departments of industry and informatization at all levels shall, in conjunction with the insurance supervision and management institutions at the same level, do a good job in organizing, coordinating and publicizing and interpreting the work, and timely track, supervise and inspect the implementation of the pilot work.
