To verify the strong bonding at room temperature of silicon fired mud

When the product leaves the factory, the product must be factory tested. When high-quality silicon bricks or special-grade high-quality silicon bricks are shipped from the factory, the manufacturer must carry out the factory inspection in accordance with the test methods and inspection rules specified in JC/T616-2003 "High-quality silicon bricks for glass kiln". Inspection items should include: chemical composition, true density, bulk density, load softening temperature, dimensional deviation, and appearance quality. The production plant must also perform pre-coded gap total deviation test according to the span, angle, and the pre-code gap provided by the use unit: The total amount of gap should be consistent from top to bottom, and it is forbidden to go up and down, and the total gap between the upper and lower gap should not exceed 5 %, when the total deviation of the upper and lower gaps does not meet the requirements, the production plant shall make timely adjustments until it meets the requirements.

When the silicon fire-resistant mud is delivered from the factory, the manufacturer must carry out the factory inspection according to the quality determination procedure specified in YB/T384-20n "Silicon Fire-resistant Slurry". Inspection items should include: chemical composition, particle size distribution, bonding time, package markings (knowledge). Silicone fire-resistant mud packs must be marked and coloured to avoid confusion with other unshaped refractories during construction. The obvious position of the package must be marked with the product's production date and shelf life; the small package containing the binding agent for use should be attached to the obvious position of the product package; the liquid binding agent containing the instructions for use can be packaged and shipped separately. Before silicon refractories slurry is delivered from the factory, the production plant must also use silicon fire-resistant mud to build two silicon bricks together and fire them in a tunnel kiln with a firing temperature of 1400°C or more, verifying that the silicon fire-resistant mud burns. Into the normal temperature bonding strength, if the two bricks can not be firmly bonded together, then the batch of silica refractory mortar can not be used in the factory.
