For large-scale scaffolds, suspended systems, or those exceeding 25 meters in length, a designated responsible person must oversee the project. Each scaffold should have a dedicated inspector for daily checks and maintenance, ensuring structural integrity and preventing unauthorized damage or vandalism. 5. Work on scaffolding should be immediately halted when there are six or more levels of strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or fog. These conditions pose serious risks to both workers and the stability of the structure. 6. When erecting or dismantling scaffolding, barriers and warning signs should be placed around the area. Additionally, security personnel should be assigned to monitor the site and prevent unauthorized access by non-workers. 7. Excavation activities must not be conducted near the foundation of any scaffolding structure. Such operations can compromise the stability and safety of the entire framework. 8. All personnel working on scaffolds must wear safety helmets, fasten their seat belts, and wear non-slip footwear. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited to ensure clear judgment and alertness on the job. 9. Safety signs and signal flags or lights should be installed on the exterior and top of the scaffolding to prevent collisions with passing vehicles and cranes. This is especially important in busy or industrial environments. 10. When using ladders or other equipment during construction, proper securing measures must be taken, and a supervisor should be present to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents.
