Installation of the cylinder piston is a cumbersome task because the YX type oil seal on the piston should be rubbed against the cylinder lock groove and cannot be loaded (see Figure 1). For the conventional installation method, first turn the iron sleeve (as shown in Figure 2), and then insert the piston after separating the lock groove. However, due to the wide variety of cylinder specifications, it is time consuming and laborious to turn a lot of iron sleeves. Through practice, we use electrician green paper to form a tapered sleeve (Figure 3).
