According to the expert opinion of the demonstration group, the implementation plan of the private subsidy pilot program for purchasing new energy vehicles in Hangzhou is clear-cut, has clear objectives, and is highly exploratory and operational.
According to the “Ministry of Finance†and other four ministries and commissions on the implementation of private subsidies for the purchase of new energy vehicles, combined with the Hangzhou private purchase of new energy vehicles pilot program, after preliminary calculations, Hangzhou will apply for central government subsidy of 1.2 billion.
In addition, according to the private purchase and use of new energy vehicle implementation plans, supporting infrastructure construction plans and related subsidy standards, the Hangzhou local government has arranged a total of 863.8 million yuan in subsidy funds to support the pilot project for the promotion of new energy vehicles.
