Lubrication and replacement period:
1. For the gearbox of MB transmission, please use (Ub-1) or (Ub-3) special traction oil, the oil level should not be lower than the oil mark center line. The first phase of work is replaced after 500 hours, the second phase of work is replaced after 1000 hours, and then replaced after 2000 hours. In the case of poor work, the replacement period should be shortened.
2. The gear reducer of the MB transmission and the cycloid reducer of the X3 type are selected to be molybdenum disulfide grease or lithium grease. It has been added at the factory and is generally replaced in 12 months.
MB-F, MB-CE, MB-X with 4-pole motor selection method:
Example: Select the coaxial output speed regulation range 11.5-2.3R/MIN, motor power 1.5KW, flange type horizontal installation, you can check the table below, the output torque is 940-1879N.m, then see X series pendulum The allowable torque meter for the needle pin reducer, X5 is 1000N.m and X6 is 2000N.m. When X5 is selected, the allowable torque range is 940-1000N.m. When X6 is selected, the allowable torque range is 940-1879N.m, generally choose X6 type, then choose the model of MB15-Y-1.5-XL6-87-B5 infinite speed with first-order cycloid reducer.
