In the future, the sleeve kiln technology must strengthen technological research and engineering innovation, design and develop large-scale sleeve kiln with greater productivity, and realize large-scale and high-efficiency of process technology and equipment; on the other hand, it must improve raw material adaptability and improve raw materials. Comprehensive technical measures such as structure, grain-level matching, fabric control, and kiln structure optimization are used to realize the efficient use of resources and build a high-efficiency, low-cost production process. At the same time, a variety of fuel conditions should be applied to develop and study new combustion technologies and burners that use low-calorific value blast furnace gas and regenerative combustion to reduce the consumption of high calorific value gas and fuel consumption, and effectively reduce CO2 emissions during combustion.
