2. When there is a color loss or no video signal output, the VGA head may not be connected.
3. When the remote control cannot control the matrix:
a. The battery may be dead. Please replace the battery.
b. It may be that the remote control is broken. Please repair it.
4. When the serial port (usually refers to: computer serial port) can not control the VGA matrix, see if the software serial port corresponds to the serial port of the connected device.
5. If the matrix input and output signals can be switched, but there is no bb call, the internal buzzer may be broken. Please send it to a professional for maintenance.
6. When the matrix switches, the buzzer sounds, but there is no corresponding image output:
a. See if there is a signal at the corresponding input. (Available with oscilloscope or multimeter to detect) If there is no signal input, the input wiring may be broken, or the connector is loose, replace the wiring.
b. See if there is a signal at the corresponding output. (Available with oscilloscope or multimeter to detect) If there is no signal output, there may be output disconnected, or the connector is loose, replace the wiring.
c. After the above two conditions are all changed, it will not work. The internal host may be faulty. Please send it to a professional for maintenance.
7. If the power light is off and there is no LCD display, the operation will not respond and the power supply may be abnormal.
8. The output image is disturbed, and the input and output devices may not be grounded.
9. The buzzer has a bb call, the LCD display is normal, the serial port has a return, but no projection output or no audio output:
a. The RCA head may be loose. Replace it.
b. The connection may be short circuited. Replace it.
c. The internal wiring may be broken. Replace it.
10.VGA Matrix When the keypad, serial port, or remote control are not controlled, the inside of the host may be damaged. Please send it to a professional for maintenance.
