It is estimated that from 08:00 on the 31st to 08:00 on August 1, there will be heavy rains in parts of eastern Shanxi, south-central and eastern Hebei, southeastern Beijing, Tianjin, western Liaoning, northeastern Shandong, and northern Henan. There are heavy rains (100-140 mm) in parts of the central and eastern parts of central Hebei, south-central Tianjin, and southwestern Liaoning. The above-mentioned local areas will have strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms and strong winds.
